Where is the conference being held?
The conference is being held July 21-25, 2019, at the Bellagio in Las Vegas, Nevada. The address is 3600 S Las Vegas Blvd., Las Vegas NV 89109.
When will registration open?
Registration will open by March 15 at nacmconference.org. You can register online or you can download a registration form and send by mail with a check.
What does my registration include?
Registration includes entry into all education sessions as well as a welcome reception, Tuesday social event, coffee service each morning, and lunch on Monday and Wednesday, and breakfast on Thursday.
When will I receive confirmation of my registration?
When registering online, you will receive a confirmation email at the conclusion of the online process.
When registering by mail, you will receive a confirmation email as soon as payment for your registration is processed.
If I am unable to attend, can I transfer my registration to someone else in my organization?
Yes. You will need to contact Conference Services as soon as you know you are unable to attend and give us the name of the person to whom your registration is being transferred no later than Friday, June 21, 2019. You can also transfer your registration to a future NACM conference within a year.
Will I receive a refund if I have to cancel my registration?
Refund requests must be made in writing by Friday, June 21, 2019. No refunds or meeting credits will be given after June 21, 2019. A processing fee of $100 will be deducted from each cancelled registration. Please review the NACM cancellation policy for further details.
Can I bring a guest to conference events?
Yes, but you will need to provide the name of your guest when you register, and you will need to pay for your guest to attend meals and social events. Guests are only invited to participate in meals and social functions once their fee is received.
Hotel & Transportation
Can I make my hotel reservation now?
You will be required to REGISTER FIRST and then you will be able to reserve your sleeping room! When you register, the confirmation letter will contain information on how to book your hotel stay. The NACM room rate is $165 per night, single/double occupancy plus a $34 resort fee and taxes.
This rate is available only through June 29, 2019, or until the NACM room block is full. It is recommended that you register and make your reservation no later than June 29, 2019 to ensure you get the NACM special rate.
How do I get from the airport to the hotel?
You will need to take a taxi, Uber or Lyft to the Bellagio from the airport. The airport is three miles from the McCarran International Airport. Self-parking at the hotel is $18 per day. A taxi to the hotel is $25-30. Uber and Lyft fares are typically $10 to $15.

Is there parking at the Bellagio?
Valet and self-parking is available at the Bellagio:
Valet parking: $30.00 per 24 hours for guests. (Space is limited.) Self parking: $18.00 per 24 hours for guests.
- Your 24 hour parking fee provides you with in-out privileges within the same parking type (self or valet) across all MGM Resorts Las Vegas destinations within the same 24 hour period (subject to availability)

What day is the Exhibit Show?
The Exhibit Show will take place on Wednesday, July 24, from 10:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Lunch is included.
Where is it being held?
The Exhibit Show is being held onsite in the Bellagio Ballroom.
Who will be exhibiting?
A list of exhibitors will be posted on the NACM conference website under the Exhibit/Sponsor Info tab.
Why is there an exhibit show?
Exhibitors play a valuable role in NACM conferences. In addition to bringing attendees new and innovative products, the exhibitor fees help to offset conference registration, food and hotel costs.
Can I bring a guest to the Opening Reception on Sunday night?
Yes, but you must provide a name and pay for them to attend.
What meals are provided?
Sunday Evening is the Welcome Reception with hors d’oeurves. Tuesday evening social is also included. Coffee service will be provided each morning, and lunch will be provided on Monday and Wednesday. Breakfast will be provided Thursday.
Are there places nearby to eat? What about shopping?
There are several places to eat nearby that serve lunch and dinner, and numerous shops. Maps are available at the hotel’s front desk that list nearby restaurants, museums and other activities. The hotel concierge can assist you in purchasing tickets to shows in the area.
Where is the closest drugstore?
There is a CVS drugstore across the street from the Bellagio.
What is the dress code?
The dress code is business casual. Meeting room temperatures may vary, so it is advisable to bring a sweater or jacket.
Is there WiFi in the hotel?
Complimentary WiFi will be available in the conference area.
How do I obtain CLE/CEU credits?
A form to receive credit will be available soon on the conference website.
What time does the conference end?
The conference will end at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 25, 2019.
What is the average temperature in Las Vegas in July?
Daily high temperatures are around 104°F, with a low of 81°F. There could be rain, so you will want to consider that when packing.
