Nicole Zoe Garcia is the judge pro tempore program manager at the Superior Court of Arizona in Maricopa County. She is responsible for the management and general oversight of the program, which has over 380 attorneys actively serving across all court departments. Ms. Garcia assumed this role on August 2011. She has worked in various areas of the court, including courtwide services and court operations. Ms. Garcia holds a master’s degree in public administration and bachelor’s degrees in public management and policy and criminal justice administration. She is also a graduate of the McGuire Entrepreneurship Program at the University of Arizona, and a Fellow of the National Center for State Courts, Institute for Court Management (May 2014).
