LISA RUSH is the manager of the Travis County Law Library and Self-Help Center. The Travis County Self-Help Center, created in 2002, has helped thousands of Travis County residents to represent themselves in uncontested family law matters. The Law Library helps self-represented litigants if the Self-Help Center cannot. The Law Library manages book orders and online legal research contracts for the courts and county prosecutors. Ms. Rush has managed the Travis County Law Library for 13 years.
