Hon. Colleen McNally was appointed as a superior court judge for the State of Arizona, Maricopa County in January 2001. Before her appointment, Judge McNally served as an attorney at the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office, the Office of the Attorney General for the State of Arizona, and the Maricopa County Public Defender’s Office. She has served in the criminal, civil, probate, and juvenile department of the court. She served as the presiding judge for family court and has been the presiding juvenile court judge since January 2013. In addition to her administrative duties, Judge McNally presides over the dependency treatment court, a component of the Maricopa County Cradle to Crayons Program.
