CHRISTINE IVERSON began her career in the North Dakota court system in 1989 as a juvenile court secretary. She participated in bringing the juvenile court onto an electronic case management system and was a member of their ongoing user group. In 2001 she moved into the field of court administration and is currently the assistant court administrator for Administrative Unit 2, which comprises 17 counties. She participated in the pilot phase to move their court to a new case management system and provided assistance to other counties during their go-live process. Ms. Iverson is currently the chair of their case management system’s statewide user group and is also a member of the Trial Court Operations Committee and the Judicial Branch Education Committee. She has presented at various manager/supervisor trainings for North Dakota State Court employees; Deputy Days in the State of Minnesota; the Clerk of Court Conference in South Dakota; and the CMP CourTools course for North Dakota and South Dakota. She received a Bachelor of University Studies degree from Valley City State University in 2002 and became a Fellow of the Institute for Court Management in 2008. She is currently attending courses to become certified to teach additional courses in the National Center for State Courts’ Court Management Program.
