Sheila Tickle

SHEILA TICKLE has over 18 years’ experience working with courts on cases involving child abuse and neglect and juvenile justice. She began her career in East St. Louis, Illinois with the largest nonprofit children’s agency in the state. While serving as director of Family Preservation and Extended Family Support Services, she was appointed by the governor to the Child Mortality Review Board and chaired numerous statewide efforts on behalf of children and families. Ms. Tickle is currently the juvenile court administrator for Maricopa County and is responsible for caseloads involving over 9,500 children in the dependency system and 14,000 juveniles involved in delinquency matters.
