RICHELLE “CHELLE” UECKER recently retired as manager for the Information Services Division with the Judicial Council of California. She has worked in court administration and technology throughout her career in executive management positions for the Orange County Superior Court in Santa Ana, California and the Hennepin County District Court in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Ms. Uecker has served on the U.S. Attorney General’s Global Advisory Steering Committee and several local, state, and national technology projects. In addition, she has been instrumental in developing and implementing leadership curriculum and strategic initiatives, creating reengineering teams, and establishing training, organizational development, and performance measurements for courts.
