Paul DeLosh

PAUL F. DELOSH is the director of the Department of Judicial Services (DJS) of the Office of the Executive Secretary (OES) of the Supreme Court of Virginia. He first came to OES in 1991 where he served in the Department of Information Technology, as well as the Department of Technical Assistance. DJS serves as the liaison between the judiciary’s administrative offices and the courts throughout Virginia, providing administrative and judicial services to the 330 courts and 32 magistrate districts. Mr. Delosh is also certified faculty for the Institute for Court Management. He is currently serving a second term on the NACM Board and serves as vice chair of the Planning Committee and chair of the Core and National Agenda subcommittees. Mr. Delosh attended Virginia Commonwealth University. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and a Master of Science. He is also a Fellow of the Institute for Court Management.
