Margaret R. Allen is an education program manager at the Supreme Court of Ohio Judicial College, where she develops education programs for court personnel. She is conducting research related to onboarding for new court employees as her project for the Institute for Court Management Fellows Program. Ms. Allen also administers the Court Management Program (CMP) in Ohio, which has graduated over 300 Certified Court Managers and over 40 Certified Court Executives since 2004. She is president-elect of the National Association of State Judicial Educators (NASJE) and is a member of NACM. She is the current co-chair of the NASJE Membership and Mentor Committee and was also the education co-chair for NASJE’s 2013 conference. Ms. Allen holds a B.A. from Wellesley College and has completed several graduate courses at Ashland University. She earned her Certified Court Executive credential in June 2014.
