Mr. De La Torre has appeared on the radio show Fed Talk addressing shortfalls in federal benefits and is an active participant in the federal employee blog “Federal Soup.” He graduated from the Hotel and Restaurant Management Program, City College of San Francisco, and is the president of his own firm; he holds a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC) professional designation from the College for Financial Planning; and is an active member of the Financial Planning Association.
