Holly Panetta is the court programs manager for the Colorado State Court Administrator’s Office and also serves as the director for the Colorado State Office of Dispute Resolution (ODR). Ms. Panetta is an adjunct faculty member at Colorado State University teaching Divorce and Family Mediation and Families in the Legal Environment. Before joining the state office, she maintained a private practice offering mediation and child and family investigation services in northern Colorado. Ms. Panetta’s prior professional experience includes working as a litigation associate for Henderson, Taylor & Rapp in Greeley, Colorado and serving as a family court facilitator for the 19th Judicial District. Ms. Panetta received a Juris Doctor from University of Denver in 2003 and a Bachelor of Arts in journalism from Colorado State University in 1997; she is currently a candidate for a Master of Science in human development and family studies from Colorado State University.
