CHELSEA WOODALL is the director of creative learning services for the National Center for State Courts’ educational division, the Institute for Court Management. She has created enterprise-wide learning solutions for courts, nonprofits, higher education, and private-sector companies since 2004. She became director of instructional technology and online education at the National Center for State Courts in 2013, where she reinvented the e-learning division and guided its rapid growth. Ms. Woodall speaks regularly at industry conferences on about best practices and effective instructional design techniques and shares her ideas in industry blogs.
