AMY SMITH-FISHER, court training director, has been with Los Angeles Superior Court for 20 years. In her career with the court, she worked progressively through clerical positions as a courtroom clerk before being appointed to management. She has served in a management role for Los Angeles Superior Court’s Education and Development Unit (EDU) for the past seven years. Throughout her career, she has had a passion for providing training in formats to best equip court employees to perform tasks at a high level of quality. She instructs courses for her own court and court employees statewide.
