Tricia Knox

Tricia Knox is a Senior Court Operations Consultant for the Office of the State Courts Administrator in Tallahassee, Florida. Since April 2014, Ms. Knox’s work has been to support the Judicial Management Council’s development of the long-range strategic plan and the communication plan for Florida’s judicial branch. Previously, Ms. Knox spent eight years with the Florida Supreme Court’s Public Information Office developing educational programs and administering court websites. Ms. Knox has spent 24 years in state government, including 18 years in Florida’s state court system. Her background includes planning, communications, education and outreach, curriculum development, public information, web accessibility, web administration, and technology.  Ms. Knox attended Florida State University and holds a degree in criminology. She has presented and published articles on various topics including civics education at the Florida Supreme Court, web accessibility for court websites, creating accessible electronic documents, intergeneration communication in the workplace, and communication planning.
