Shelley Spacek Miller is a Senior Court Research Analyst in the Research Division of the National Center for State Courts. Her current projects focus on a variety of areas including civil justice reform, criminal case flow management, procedural fairness, and access to justice. Other areas of work at NCSC have included assistance with a national civil justice data collection effort, problem solving court evaluations, and support for Conference of Chief Justices Committees. Ms. Spacek Miller’s previous work and volunteer efforts focused on domestic violence and child abuse/neglect. Ms. Spacek Miller received her J.D. from William & Mary School of Law and her B.B.A. in Management from Texas A&M University.
