Shannon DeNise-Budenas is an 18 year veteran of the New Jersey Judiciary. She began her career in the Monmouth Vicinage Child Support Unit, and transferred to the Burlington Vicinage in 1997 as a Probation Officer in the Criminal Division. In 2001, Ms. DeNise-Budenas was promoted to team leader, and in 2007, she became the Criminal Division Manager, the position she maintains to this day. In this role, she is responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient operation of all aspects of criminal case management for the vicinage, including caseflow management, statistical analysis, and budget development. Ms. DeNise-Budenas is the current Chair of the Statewide Conference of Criminal Division Managers and serves on several subcommittees including PTI Revision, Education and Training, DOC Partnership, IT, and several criminal justice reform committees. She is a NACM certified ICM instructor. She is also serves on the Conference Committee of the Mid-Atlantic Association for Court Management.
