Roger Rand is the Information Technology Manager for the Multnomah Circuit Court. He has been with the Oregon Judicial System since 1993. He is chair of the statewide Technical Communications Committee and a member of the Multnomah Diversity and Equity Committee. He graduated from Notre Dame University.
