Ming Wong is the Supervising Helpline Attorney at the National Center for Lesbian Rights, a national legal non-profit committed to advancing the civil and human rights of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender people and their families by doing work with an intersectional understanding of justice. He manages their Legal Helpline and partnerships with legal aid providers, as well as the law clerk and legal intern programs. He also serves as on the Executive Board of the San Francisco Bay Area chapter of the National Lawyers Guild, and on the board of the Pride Law Fund. In 2015, he was recognized as a “Best LGBT Lawyer Under 40” by the National LGBT Bar Association. He obtained a JD from UC Hastings in 2007 with a focus on Public Interest Law.
