Mr. Wilson received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice Administration from Alvernia College, Reading, Pennsylvania in 1980. He received a Masters of Science Degree in Judicial Administration from the University of Denver College of Law in 1981.
From 1982 through 1986, Mr. Wilson was employed as a judicial administrator in the Superior Court of Arizona in Maricopa County. While with the Superior Court, Mr. Wilson held various positions including Assistant Civil Administrator, Domestic Relations Administrator, and Criminal Administrator.
In 1987, Mr. Wilson joined the United States District Court for the District of Arizona. He was initially hired as a Deputy-In-Charge and in 1989 was promoted to Chief Deputy Clerk.
In 1990, Mr. Wilson was appointed to the position of Clerk of Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. Mr. Wilson was appointed to the position of Clerk of Court for the District of Nevada on February 6, 1995.
