Kathryn Collins, Research Manager, Adult Probation and Parole, is responsible for managing the research, evaluation and quality assurance within Adult Probation and supports analytics throughout criminal court, including within the problem-solving courts and pretrial services. Dr. Collins received a PhD in Public Policy from University of Pittsburgh and has held research and evaluation positions within the Allegheny County Department of Human Services, University of Pittsburgh and Carnegie Mellon University.
