Gay Lynne Inskeep as Trial Courts Administrator, Ms. Inskeep heads a staff of over 175 persons at courthouse facilities at 7 locations in Pasco and Pinellas counties. She also serves as liaison to various agencies, such as the court clerks, state courts, local bar associations, Juvenile Welfare Board and victim advocacy groups. She joined the Sixth Judicial Circuit in 1987 as a trial court law clerk. She then served as coordinator of the circuit’s first Arbitration and Mediation program for four years before being appointed as the court’s first Family Law Deputy in 1992. In 1999, she became the court’s first Chief Deputy Courts Administrator, responsible for circuit programs and staff. On January 1, 2004, she was appointed Trial Courts Administrator. Ms. Inskeep earned an associates degree from Florida State University, a bachelor’s degree from the University of South Florida and a law degree from Stetson University College of Law.
