Gary W. Lynch is serving in his eleventh year as a judge on the Missouri Court of Appeals, Southern District. Before that, he served three years as an Associate Circuit Judge in Polk County, Missouri, following twenty-six years in the private practice of law. He is a former President of the Council of Chief Judges of the State Courts of Appeal and currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the National Center for State Courts. He is also currently serving as chair of the Missouri Court Automation Committee, which is responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining the state-wide court automation system for Missouri’s judiciary.
