Alexis Allen is a Deputy Court Administrator with the Tempe Municipal Court and has over 15 years of municipal court experience. Prior to the Deputy position her assignment was with the Tempe Municipal Court’s Financial Services Team, where she was responsible for the financial/accounting processes. She also served as a supervisor of the Civil Court Services Team with the Tempe Municipal Court.
In all her roles, she has developed, recommended, and assisted in the implementation of goals and policies/procedures to ensure continuous improvements in case flow management. Alexis serves as faculty for the Arizona Court Supervisor Leadership Program, to help identify and discuss the supervisor’s role in effective case flow management. She is an Institute for Court Management (ICM) Fellow. She also received her Master’s Degree in Administration – Leadership from Northern Arizona University in 2011 and her Bachelor’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies – Organizational Studies from Arizona State University in 2004
