Reservations at the official NACM-IACA conference hotel are based on a first come, first served basis. At this time, the Hyatt has limited availability on specific nights, and is sold out on others. Cancellations are possible, so we encourage you to check back with the Hyatt Regency Crystal City to see if rooms at the group rate of $175 have become available prior to June 15th, the original cutoff date.
Reservations may be made at surrounding hotels through a third-party agent (not by NACM.) The Hyatt Regency Crystal City offers complimentary shuttle to and from Reagan National Airport and Metro

- Shuttle picks up at A Terminal (2nd Curb by the marked Hotel Shuttle stop location) and B & C Terminal Arrivals, Door 5 and Door 9 (1st Curb by the marked Hotel Shuttle stop location).
- Courtesy Hyatt Metro Shuttle to and from Crystal City Metro Station departs the hotel front drive every 30 minutes on the hour from 6:00am – midnight Monday thru Friday, and 7:00am – midnight Saturday and Sunday. (Times subject to change)

Average temperatures in July are 90 degrees during the day and mid 70s at night. Dress for the conference is business casual. Meeting room temperatures may vary, so it is advisable to bring a sweater or jacket.

Capital Bikeshare, like other bikeshare systems, consists of a fleet of specially designed, sturdy and durable bikes that are locked into a network of docking stations throughout the region. The bikes can be unlocked from any station and returned to any station in the system, making them ideal for one-way trips. People use bikeshare to commute to work or school, run errands, get to appointments or social engagements and more.
Capital Bikeshare is available for use 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Riders have access to a bike at any station across the system.
In Arlington, bikesharing is Capital Bikeshare, a joint program of Arlington and the District Department of Transportation, Alexandria and Montgomery County. Launched on September 20, 2010, Capital Bikeshare is a network of docking stations and specially built bikes. Members use an electronic key to check out a bike, ride to a destination served by the network, and return the bike to another docking station. 24-hour memberships can be purchased with a credit card at any station kiosk.
